maXem Holdings
This is the core of the group and provides skills such as sales, financial, administrative and project management to maXem group company operations.

maXem Mining
Mining comprises a number of specialized group companies owned by KEY EQUITY PARTNERS. These provide focused skills such expert drillers and operators which support all aspects of long hole, drop and inverse raising and mechanized / rapid access projects.

maXem Engineering
The Engineering company provides product development, design, manufacture and support as well as equipment upgrades, modifications and rebuilds, equipment Repairs and of course Wassara Drilling Equipment Support.

maXem IT
It provides group IT support as well as custom, in-house development capacity that focuses on one of maXem's key differentiation features, Datagain. This product enables data to be obtained from underground and reviewed in a series of reports that focus on maintaining peak operational performance.
